Logement de qualité mais sombre. Couloirs sales avec pool de chien tous les jours. Un peu trop loin de la plage pour un Positive: Grande superficie. Pratique avec 2 salles de bains. Piscine et jacuzzi. Negative: Sombre. Pipi de chien dans les couloirs et ascenseur. Pas de vue. Plage de Venice loin à pieds.

Not worthy. Will not come back Positive: Clean Negative: The building has issues and the host is not serious. There are mice in the building and found dog poo in front of our door on the first day. The swimming pool is surrounding by tall buildings and so in the shade most of the day. The place is not near Venice but near marina del Rey but to reach marina del Rey you need a car as the building sits at the juncture of a six way motorway. There are some local shops around for breakfast and the place was clean. The host however promised us to use the pool and leave the luggages in the flat until the afternoon of the last day (after checkout) before the booking. Then after payment, “informed” me that in fact we need to return the pool towels by 11am and take our luggages out of the apartment by 1pm. Was a long negotiation to try to get him to keep his word of a later luggage pick up and pool use but in the end I gave up as the host proved to be not serious.

Heel fijn verblijf op een prima locatie Positive: Heel fijn ruim appartement, rustig gelegen. Vlakbij diverse voorzieningen, restaurants en supermarkten. Fijne slaapkamers met beide een eigen badkamer en ruimte voor de koffers. Negative: Het was even zoeken bij aankomst naar de juiste ingang en het juiste appartement. De keukenuitrusting zou wat uitgebreider mogen zodat de vaatwasser minder vaak aan hoeft.
