Great stay 10 minutes drive away from Venice beach Positive: Great location to explore the marina, 10 minutes drive away from Venice beach (according to American standards this is considered “nearby”), very comfy beds and great layout of the flat. Having an allocated parking spot is fantastic. We didn’t use the kitchen but it looked incredibly well equipped Negative: Nothing, we were very happy with it

Nice 2 bedroom apartment in Marina del Rey Positive: Good location, well equipped kitchen and apartment, pool, garage for two cars. Vladi the host did everything for our convenience. Restaurant and grocery nearby

Positive: Great location, close to Ralphs and marina. Great apartment and the equipment. Comfortable beds. Negative: We got lost in the garage when we wanted to get out with our car. The navigation system is not ideal. And the couch had its best time long ago.

Pretty nice people but the apartment was not as clean or chic as advertised. Overpriced. Positive: The location was close to Culver City which was our goal. The renter was available and polite for questions. Negative: It was sort of clean in a superficial sense but things like thick, caked on dust and dirt in vents and a gross toilet cleaner that looked like it was never cleaned was disgusting. There was a slightly moldy smell that even my teen boys noticed. The beds were ok in the bedrooms but the pull out bed was really thin and not so comfy. Overall, the place is sort of run down… broken toilet paper holder, ill-fitting doors, cheap looking bathtubs with stains. Also, the directions for parking and navigating the building weren’t great. When you’re tired from travel, the last thing anyone wants is unclear instructions. I think it makes so much sense to someone who has spent time there but not when you’re unfamiliar. It’s worth having them meet you to show you how to get around!
